  Could Drinking Age Change Cause More Problems?

  Up for debate is the legal drinking age yet again. In the most recent surveys our citizens are willing and think it is a good idea to lower the drinking age from 21 to 18. Many groups and colleges are pushing for this to go up for a vote and parents of young adults are torn on this issue. One argument is that there are so many problems such as alcohol poising and drunk driving it leaves parents saying no. Then again another argument is that if an 18 year old can go to war then they should be able to drink in their own country. So who is right, the Yea’s or the Na’s? South Carolina has been pulled into this debate and we as the public are putting our voice out there for all to hear. I myself am a torn parent not knowing which answer would be the best for youth having a 19 year old myself. But then again the the Na’s make a point and a good point at that.   Will Storm Faye Bring Much Needed Rain To The Upstate?

  We have been watching on the weather channel to see what Faye will do as fair as coming our way to bring us a chance of rain that we so desperately need and it is looking like a touch an go issue. As of today it looks like the brunt of it will miss us unless it changes course. So South Carolina may not get all of the much needed rain out of Faye that we thought.
