We are less than a week away from no unemployment checks and still nothing
We are less than a week away from no unemployment checks and still nothing from Governor Mark Sanford on a possible loan to keep things running. I have been keeping a close eye on this issue, due to the fact that right now my husband and I are counting on those unemployment checks coming each week. My husband was laid off back at the end of November because of the lack of work available.
I think each person can understand how hard it is right now to find work. There just seems to be no jobs out there in the heating and air field (which is what my husband does). The lack of construction as well as people trying to save money by doing their own maintenance is causing this work sector to fall fast. We are in hopes that something will be done so that the more than 70,000 people unemployed will still be able to get the checks they deserve.

I read everything, that just sucks. I guess he has all the money he needs to live though.
You are so right. We are just sitting here worried about the fact that we may not be able to eat that week.
