Mark Sanford to give the state of the state address 1/4/2009

Governor Mark Sanford of South Carolina to give the state of the state address today (1/4/2009) at 7pm on the scetv channel. This will be on channel 8 for Charter cable users and 35 for regular TV viewer’s. Take the time to see just what is going to be going on this 2009.
